Authenticates With ILS

IMM is SIP certified for network interface with ILS circulation materials databases. IMM utilizes this Library industry standard to interface with all ILS systems. Prior to delivery, LAT will conduct a SIP test with your Library.

The purpose of the SIP standards in the Library industry is to facilitate interfacing with ILS Systems for authentication of all the patron and circulation materials information. IMM supports all the Library ILS systems via SIP1 or SIP2.

IMM empowers the Library to control the self-checkout process based on information, confirmed via SIP, in the ILS database. Thus, making IMM flexible to both the current and future needs of the Library.
